The breaks of my Lexus ISF weren't stopping the car properly. They were shaky and it took too far to stop the car. The whole thing made the car feel unsafe. An unsafe Lexus?? So one night on the way back from downtown after the store was closed I saw some exotic Japanese cars in the parking lot. A few days later, I came back and I met Mr. Riel, the owner. I told him about the issue with the brakes and my concern of having such a powerful car without factory-grade performance. Within moments, the car was on the lift, all four tires were off it, and three mechanics were inspecting it. They found the issue (OEM hard brake pads) and gave me options of which I decided to have them fix it right then and there. My impression is that this place is more than a mechanic shop. The vibe I got from the crew and Mr. Riel was that they are professional Japanese car enthusiast who are also dedicated to safety and customer satisfaction. The shop is very clean and the waiting room very spacious with comfortable couches. And although they were busy, they stopped to answer my questions. Overall a very positive experience and I'm very comfortable with a level of craftsmanship they performed on my car. In my drive home I immediately noticed the difference in the brake's performance. Thanks, I'll be back! Diego C.

They will actually show you, compared to Dealerships Servicing, where you only interact with the Advisor, this place is like fuck the middle man and you actually get to talk to the Mechanic. The mechanic actually let me in the garage and showed me what he tried. Anyways, anyone looking to get their EPS Torque Sensor Recalibrated, go HERE. They have the Mazda IDS Software to do it.
